I've got an invite to play for the university of Split who won the gold medal last year in the Croatian and then European championship...

The new system of competition is NCAA like etc...

There was a promotive all star game before the start of the competition, 3 players from University of Split played...

So basically they don't care if you accepted money from professional clubs in this organization, unlike the NCAA who goes on a witch hunt every time someone accepted money from an outside source.

Could be fun if its a good gateway to playing higher level pro ball.

My school is "Faculty of Maritime Studies"

Every school has their team, which I'm the captain

and then

Every year the 5 coaches of the "University of Split" pick players to play for the Universitiy,

the University is a association of all schools in Split and only the best players in the city play for that team, that team last year won the gold medal in Euro champs etc...



This was last year ^^

So last year every coach has a vote and when they decided about me, one coach voted for me, the other 4 didn't (it was this time last year),

This year I don't know how many coaches out of 5 voted, but I got a phone call yesterday which was an invitation and an email afterwards   ...

We bounced back on a tough road win, we were up 49-29 at the half, they made a run, but I just went ham...

College games starting soon too...They're gonna be on weekdays, club games as usual on weekends, busy schedule, I'll have to practice and travel with the college, so I'll miss some club practice time, not a lot, but it doesn't matter since I'm here a lot and I know it all captain etc...

I was on summer with KK Split for 2.5 months, then I got cut, there were 4 pg's, they kept 1 who is really young like 17, the old experienced club legend douche (34) and they cut me and this guy who is 1 yr younger than me...#Logic

I won't play this year for that team breh, the university (NCAA) stuff is on weekdays, on the weekend I play the A-2 league, Croatian system>

So 2 practices a day FTFW!

When the 13/14 season ends, I'll go to Šibenik and prolly play for them...And next year hopefully I'm in the A-1 league, and then in two-three years I'm step closer to the ABA/Eurocup/Euroleague you name it...That's the plan and from that point who knows, if I'm healthy enough, Draft 2017 here I come...I'm serious...
