| FANTASY After multiple trade rejections due to basketball reasons, the Blazers have landed Josh Smith and Kevin Love to join Damian Lillard. Forming a legit 3-some in Rip City. The new coach wanted to get rid of the old era Blazers that won them a championship in ISBA when Oden and Roy were still alive.Details In: Kevin Love Josh Smith
Out: Lamarcus Aldridge(T'Wolves) CJ McCollum(Pistons) Nicolas Batum(Pistons) 2013-14 1st round pick(T'Wolves) 2014-15 1st round pick(T'Wolves)
The trade gave the Blazers a chance to chase after the championship against the Warriors, Rockets, Nets, Pelicans, Wizards, and Sixers who are all going to be difficult opponents. Wolves now have a better post presence offensively and defensively. While the Pistons now have a quicker up and coming young gun in CJ and a good perimeter defender in Batum. The newly added stars will make their debut tomorrow night.
#REALISM The Blazers played against the Phoenix Suns tonight without Aldridge, CJ, and Batum. It was weird seeing Jeremy Lin in a Suns jersey. As for losing key players, the rest of the guys not named Lillard stepped up. Thomas Robinson started and the kid has tons of potential. He missed key shots, but ended up with 12 pts, 8 rebs, and 4 blks. We'll see what he can do the rest of the season. Dorrell Wright dropped 13 pts(3 3ptFG) as well with his first start. Mo was garbage, but Shannon Brown the newest Blazer had some good energy adding in 7 of his own points.
Lillard, an MVP candidate for the season dropped 34 points, 12 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks. (insert screenshot of Lillard making a layup over Marcus Morris with his mouth wide open because 2K really sucks at uploading, life, etc.)

| Chemistry Brewing Up Love & Smith joined the Blazers today against the Utah Jazz. Chemistry and getting used to the playbook was the worry for both players, but they fit in very well. Damian Lillard was off during the 1st half, but it was all Josh Smith, who ended up with 28 points and 5 rebounds and a block as well. K-Love struggled with his shot a bit but still added 18 points, 5 rebounds and 3 blocks to the win in Portland. Burke and Favors were a duo that was hard to stop, but the team ran away with a lead in the 4th with good defense.Lillard: 19 points, 15 assists, 4 stealsSmith: 28 points, 5 reboundsLove: 18 points, 5 rebounds, 3 blocksFavors: 19 points, 12 rebounds, 2 stealsBurke: 14 points, 12 assists, 2 stealsKanter: 13 points, 7 rebounds, 2 steals Final Score80 - 95 |

| Quiet Streak God-like aura on the gamewinner by K-Love over PelicansNew-look Blazers vs the new-look Pelicans last night. The two try-hard rival coaches going at it as usual. 1st quarter, no doubt the Pelicans played outstanding defense on Portland's Big 3, especially on Lillard as Tony Allen had that assignment :roll:New Orleans even got a lead as much as 10, but Lillard made sure it stayed under 10. He dished out 10 assists along with a statline of 15 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals, and 2 blocks. The game was very intense with back-and-forth scoring, but the Pelicans kept getting the better end with their interior defense (9 blocks). In the 4th quarter while the Pelicans were up 3, Prince turned the ball over twice and gave Josh Smith 2 easy dunks on the other end for the Blazers to take the lead. One random Pelican got the lead back with bullshit freethrows, but Blazers still had a chance to win. Mo was put in the game because he has good luck with clutch shots against Coach Ante. Inbounded to Mo, Mo drives in, help defense comes in, Love WIDE OPEN in the corner, and game over with Love nailing a 3 with the Blazers continuing their winning streak.Love: 21 pts, 3 reb Lillard: 15 pts, 6 reb, 10 ast, 2 stl, 2 blk Smith: 15 pts, 3 reb, 1 blkHoliday: 19 pts, 5 reb, 4 ast Davis: 16 pts, 4 reb, 1 blk Prince: 11 pts, 4 reb, 3 ast, 3 stl, 2 blk |
