Entire draft outside of the big 3/4 has B- potential at about 65-70 overall. Late first round is full of 62 overall with C potential
Wiz trade their pick for money lol
Clearly Ariza & Gortat are getting resigned to massive contracts

That goes with any other player out of these generic factories. Which is basically every player

Yep, generic AAU factories where they just have zillion opportunities and then they make it to Kansas/Duke and now they're supposed to be the saviours of basketball?
gtfo pls...

I'll be rooting for Smart, Exum, white guy on kings if he's worth a damn, & maybe Randle. He plays for the lakers, that's a huge negative
I'm rooting against anyone taken by the cavs, anyone who has "elite athleticism with potential," and McDermott

Eh euro big is draft and stash, that's kinda the point lol.
It's sad how teams would rather draft a guy that won't play for them cause they won't have to pay them. That says a lot about the players nowadays. The amount they get paid isn't worth their production lmao RIP basketball

It's really sad, very rarely you have a group of guys who just play out of love = Spurs, Celtics 2008...

Kings did fairly decent picking the white guy from Michigan. He was easily the most dangerous shooter in college last year. He should be a newer version of Korver. Maybe a tough more versatile on offense. He didn't deserve to be a top 10 pick but they needed a guy like him so fuck it. I'm interested to see if McDermott can play in the NBA or not. 76ers had a great draft if by some act of God Embiid can ever be healthy. Him and Noel would be a beast front court.

Time for otto and rice... Championship imo
I hear white guy on kings can be Jamal crawford? Is that reasonable? Anythings better than McLemore at least

According to a transcript of ESPN's draft broadcast, LeBron was mentioned 32 times over the course of the evening, more than any of the players who were actually drafted.
Webster out? FFS, bring Rice in...It's time...

Tbh no one cares about the draft anyways. Basketball is dead, there's no hope for any of these guys to be good. Andrew Wiggins can't even form a damn sentence yet we're expecting him to learn to dribble a ball @ the NBA level? Gtfo

Wiggins is a really bad communicator. Thankfully for him he only had to attend class for 1 semester in college. The guy had like 4 points in his last game when they lost in the NCAA's. But he's the #1 pick though #Beast
I sometimes laugh at all this hype for Melo. Is he a nice player? Absolutely. A difference maker in terms of a team winning a title? Not seeing it.
RIP Wizards if Porter or Rice are asked to do anything significant.

Trevor Booker being let go, Seraphin will be offered a contract :lee:
What a heel turn by Washington. Resigning the guy that no one (except me) liked and keeping the guy that left his heart out on the court. Low blow imo

Booker was a nice niche player. Played hard, knew his role etc. I remember when you compared Seraphin to KG. Granted, you were 3/4 kidding but still.
Jason Kidd gets butthurt and wants to interview with Milwaukee. Definitely following that narrative. Bucks might be the better job over the next couple years. Less expectations, solid young talent, no NYC pressure from the media etc.

Dunno why rookie coaches take these big jobs. Win a few games in the playoffs with a subpar roster and get overrated by the media, that's how the greats like thibs & Karl do it
Fisher & Kerr won't be coaching next year imo. (Unless the Knick roster is horrible of course)

I love these LeBron and Melo joining mid level teams idea. It would be epic. Why not Phoenix? Good basketball history, strong fan base, great weather September-May, etc. I think the Heat might try to force Bosh out and bring Melo or another star to South Beach. When Haslem opted out I figured that was a good sign LeBron was staying. If they can't get the numbers to work then they'll bring back pussy Bosh.
LeBron is so crazy though. Literally any team he goes to will be a favorite to win their respective conference. I mean, if he goes to Cleveland they will probably win the East. Worst case they'll get beat in the ECF.
