Ring chasing always seemed pointless to me. Especially for old players. I don't have a problem with LeBron leaving since he gave Cleveland a fair chance and they failed him by surrounding him with Mo Williams, Anthony Parker, Jamaro Moon, etc.
Do people really respect Gary Payton more because he stole a ring as a member of the Heat in 2006? Nobody gives a shit IMO. GP is known for his Seattle days only.
Dirk is a good bloke. I was a little disappointed in some comments Paul Pierce made recently about possibly becoming a free agent next summer and having interest in that.

Right now, I don't care about anything else other than making him ISBA MVP.

Epic new scoreboard for Houston. Everything is bigger in Texas, etc. Judging by the figures of the old one it was definitely time for the upgrade.
All I care about is Royce winning MVP too if I'm being totally honest.
Really hoping some of these real life free agents still remain FA's once OA starts. Tmac still on the market will draw tons of interest from ISBA. Bidding war. :jeebs2:

Meh, if he's the 3rd PG then it's a good signing. I would assume Toney Douglas would be the #2 but that's pretty weak too. Just let Royce come off the bench and run the damn team for the 2nd unit IMO.

I'd rather have Machado and Livingston than Douglas. All three are meh, though. Royce and Terrence Jones will probably run the offense.

I was sad to see Roddick lose today too. I've been closely following his run at the US Open hoping he'd somehow get to the finals. Brooklyn Decker in tears during his speech was touching. Although she's far too pretty to be crying.
