I believe "advancing tomorrow" was only considered because 2 of top East contenders won't be available for playoffs...

I change my vote. No advancing to playoffs. Just wait, etc.

It sucks that Miami and Philly miss the playoffs but that's better than a #reboot situation.

A reboot would be completely terrible. We would literally waste 3 weeks on nothing.

Well then, I'm a top seed in the west, you advance and I drop to 4th or sth unless you sim all those cpu games in my favour, cos I'm gonna win them anyway. But then again if that glitch happens I ain't down for reboot. Make a decision. I say wait it out.

My current idea:

Slow league down to 12 hrs / OA day. I believe it's March 2 right now. If we slow it down RIGHT NOW, it will only be Mar.22 by when I leave(14th) then 10 days will advance before I come back & I'll make it back in time for the playoffs.

Slow down to "Slow" right now 12 hr/OA day
Speed up to "Regular" on the 16th of November
Speed up to "Fast" on the 18th of November.

There's nothing on any site that suggests that advancing might work. Either its "my league froze" or "my league wont advance to playoffs" or "my league dropped".
No advancing under any circumstances, not even bit by bit.
Slowing down would be waste of time for everyone else.

I suggest the who gives a crap about playoffs approach. Simply let everything roll normal with current pace and who makes it to play the playoffs, good for them, and who doesn't, tough break. Its still better than to hold the league hostage for 1 or 2 teams.

If others want to wait another 2 weeks or whatever, fine. But I'm one of those 2 teams and I don't think the wait is worth just so I can eventually lose in 2 or 3 games. Who gives a crap, take this as LBJ, Wade, LMA & Hawes tore their ACL's and can't play in playoffs and teams lose.

So what are we go going to do? I think I may have joined at the wrong time, lol. I have only gotten a few games in and the last 3 guys I have sent several messages, friend requests and game invites to with no response. Can't get a game to save my life. How long do you think this delay with season ending and playoffs will last?

I just want to get going. Get to working on my team and playing ball!

But I agree with Bryan's post, we could do that and manually give wins...That's a great idea and it gives Philly and Miami, mostly Miami some time...

That's not really your fault. You joined late into season and almost everyone is finished and just awaits the playoffs.
I'd say your real career in Phoenix starts once this season ends, this so far was more of a warmup.

Pre season so to speak.
