The Rockets played five games in total yesterday, winning 3 of them and experiencing 2 losses. Let's get started with the breakdown.

Quick comments about those three games: Mulac played incredibly on offense, Love's shooting and Roy's array of moves buried me deep down. I'm proud of him and the way his game developed. New York was a tough opponent, but Royce White (11 points, 6 rebounds, 10 assists) came up clutch with an and-one and 2 assists for Parsons' treys in the last two minutes. At Memphis, Royce struggled against the length of Zach and Marc, shooting 3-10, but still finished with nice all-around statistics, 8-6-8. Kia was holding the lead for 3 quarters, but then Houston went on a shooting spree and there was no return.

You won against the Knicks & Celtics? I'm scared to be honest.

The Rockets played three games on Monday night, finishing with 2 wins and a loss.


Houston opened the night in Barclays Center, going up against Bryan. Both teams displayed great defense, but the Nets managed to hold a small lead during the whole game and win. Final score: 58-64. Coach's comments: "They're just a better and more talented team. We missed a couple of open shots and that cost us dearly."

CPU Hawks were no match for Roycesanity, as White posted his first career triple-double - 12 points, 10 rebounds, 16 assists - in 20 minutes. Blowout win.




ENGLAND

The treat of Monday basketball was a game against Golden State Warriors, better known as Craxiors. It was Retro Night in Houston as both teams played in their vintage jerseys.
Houston started out strong and quickly jumped to a double-digit lead with Royce White scoring and dishing like a superstar does (17 points, 8 assists, 5 rebounds). Although GSW went on a run during the final quarter, it was too little, too late. Final score: 72-68.
Coach's comments: "Very entertaining game, our opponents showed their shooting ability, but it wasn't enough to match ours (58% FG, 7/16 from behind the arc). More importantly, I cherish a lovely friendship with the Warriors Coach and he actually invited me to London for the weekend. Oh, his hospitality is unprecedented. Wonderful bloke. Sorry, I have to run, I'll miss my flight if I don't hurry."


BBC Radio: "We've just received news that two highly regarded basketball coaches from NBA reportedly got into a bar fight. Our unnamed source reveals that Coach Dexter of Golden State Warriors started a brawl in a pub after sniffing coke off a dead hooker's anus. Coach Luka instantly came to his help and the duo is currently held in police custody.
