| I just advanced the playoffs to the next round and I think it simmed all the way until offseason. No smiley can justify the disappointment I had when I saw that. I knew it was too good to be true when we advanced to the playoffs without it freezing and every forum you go to you see people having problems.
Maybe it was just screwed up on my screen (since I was eliminated) but it showed June on my screen. 2k completely hates me, it was a bad idea to let me advance it after my game with Justin. We had a million connection problems through out the series and the climax of the series was it being tied at 64 and it disconnecting a couple seconds into overtime. Perfect ending to a great season.
I'm sorry if this actually did happen. I truthfully hit the right button and didn't do anything wrong. |

| LOL 2K is amazing. This has to be completely random. We advanced to playoffs and everything worked fine. There's only one button - Advance to next round, so its not like you pressed the wrong button or anything. (Maybe its because it was paused, but that would make zero sense too) Should we reboot? It seems pointless to play season 2 if there's no season 1 IMO. Fuck you Mike Wang |

| Utter disappointment. :mark3:
I'm trying to figure out a solution to get the other games played. Maybe create another OA and have the remaining coaches take their teams and have some of us who are out take other teams who made vital trades with the remaining teams. Like I take Portland and cut LMA and Philly picks him up right away, etc. Lakers cut Artest, Miami picks him up right away. Miami waives Mike Miller, Lakers pick him up right away, etc. Micky mouse stuff like that. I bet we could get the rosters nearly identical in a short time and then advance that OA to playoffs with the proper seedings and try it again with the remaining teams to get a real champion.
Miami's roster could be made up in this scenario quickly I think. Lakers too. Boston probably as well. Knicks didn't make many moves, nor did GSW ( except Oden) or Minnesota. The Rockets traded Martin but only received Gee back as the immediate piece iirc. Someone could take the Cavs and just cut Gee so he could pick him up. Rudy Fernendez is the tough missing piece for the Sixers to get.
All this while the real OA is paused, of course.

| I don't even feel like checking the OA on PS3. This has to be the low-point of ISBA history. Previews, reviews, recaps, talk, mvp, inside, roundtables... all a waste of time. My God, I spent 30min earlier writing the Mock Draft and projecting the 30 picks.
*Deep breath*
What did we learn from this season, what should be tweaked? Difficulty? Sim game Q's - too short? CPU too weak? Advance speed fast all the way? |

I officially lost interest in 2K13, but it's what I do at home to pass the time  But if you guys are planning on having reboot, etc. The last CPU sliders were good. They get better in the playoffs...I got scared by Pacers keeping the game close. Advance fast all the way. Superstar would be better. If we're having a reboot, I don't plan on taking a different team. 10% chance I use the Cavs. |

| @Bryan A new OA cant be advanced to playoffs until you reach February. I tried with 5 different fake OA's. New rosters are changed in comp. to our starting ones.

| I can't even think about a #reboot right now. There's gotta be something we can do to salvage this.
The difficulty and sliders seemed fine the 2nd half of the season. Sim game Q's seemed fine judging from the league leaders. DWill and Lowry barely led the league in assists and both of us did our fair share of stat padding. Other stats looked reasonable.
The advance speed could be slowed down IF we could advance to playoffs whenever we wanted. That's a big IF. As it looks right now, probably just leave that the same. |

| Games had low scores in sims. Maybe 1-2 min up to have more 75pt games instead of 55.
Is superstar too much to handle vs CPU (I would dumb them down), and is it worth to up the difficulty for better human games (they were ok)?
I don't think I can go through the whole season with Philadelphia again starting from 0.
How are latest roster updates? Is a new one coming soon maybe? |

| I thought human games played significantly better after we made midseason tweaks. Before it was a glorified arcade game. Lately if felt better.
CPU on superstar better be really watered down.
sigh
I have no clue what's going on with rosters. I was "all-in" on our OA. Tunnel vision, etc.
No way in hell I'd take the Nets again on #reboot
Maybe we should just stick with the original OA? Unless it's damaged goods but they all seem to be damaged. |

| If there was an conclusion to S1 I would gladly continue, but with this crap, whats the point to play 116 regular season games over 18 OA months to crown a champion? I'll pass. Our 'S1 champion team' would look like fantasy draft team by time it wins the crown. Where's the Steve Nash farewell? |

| Stick with the original OA and create the fake one (or join one of your fake ones further along) and take the time to set the rosters the way they are now and sim it to playoffs come February and finish that business in 2-3 weeks whenever it reaches February.
In the meantime, progress with the current OA. It's a crappy solution but it gives us the best chance to keep things real and not waste everything we worked for. |

| ^Yes it could. Do the same trade with Portland as you did in our OA (you'd have plenty of time for cpu accept again) and you'd have plenty of time for Rudy to decide again. That's about it. In 2-3 real life weeks those rosters could be transformed into almost identical what they are right now.
Unless you guys just play unranked games on 2k13, best of 3 with the default 2k rosters.
Where's the grasping at straws GIF when you need one. |

If anyone wants to go through 3 weeks of wait and all that crap, and setting up rosters and what not, go ahead. I would be swept anyways in 2 games. |

| ^There's not any "waiting" involved with it really. We'd just continue to play the current OA year 2 in the mean time or #Reboot and then in 2-3 weeks you guys could take care of that unfinished business for a few days and then focus back on year 2 of the real OA.
We need a night to let this digest and see what other opinions are. If Philly withdraws from the playoffs, the rest of the rosters are pretty close to default. Unranked thing could work there.
You guys could finish unranked stuff this week as planned and maybe do offseason for year 2 Sunday or Monday sometime before Vince and Bounce have to leave for a few days? |

Houston v GSW unranked. Winner plays Paul/Mulac

I just don't think rebooting will do any good. There's still the chance of OA glitches, etc. Either way you go we have another regular season upcoming. Might as well stick with the one we invested 4 weeks into IMO
I realize the unranked thing is lame but it's better than nothing. Houston's roster is the most F'ed up of: Boston, LA, Miami, Minnesota, GSW no question. |
