| Game One: Cleveland vs IndianaGranger Seals Game Winner Against Cavs Final Score: 87-84 Nightly NotablesDanny Granger - 27 points, 10-15 FG, 5-6 3PT David West - 16 points, 13 rebounds The Pacers started their season off with a win as this is the first time in 2 seasons that Pacers broadcast was displyed without lag to the fan. And boy, were they treated to a game. Irving played great with 32 point and 9 assists but it wasn't enough to hold off the Pacers as they made a living off the boards. The victory was seen as a huge win and confidence booster as the players were allowed to actually show their shooting stroke and not be forced to score inside.
NOTE: As per the contract signed by previous head coach Hatr, multimedia from the game will be loaded with 56k from Hatr server link. Pics to come shortly (or never) |

| Coach Vogel Returns and Sparks Pacers to Win-Streak"Can I get two weeks off"?The Pacers started their season off promising under a new regime, away from public enemy number 1, Hatr. However, throughout all the adversity, Coach Vogel couldn't handle the stress and stepped aside from the team for what he called, "mental relapse." He returned and helped the Pacers get onto a win streak, highlighted by a win over the Bobcats in which Danny Granger recorded a triple double. Vogel said the trip away from basketball allowed him to revisit his cores and understand that the philosophy he was preaching to his team would not work.
Rumors still remain that the Pacers are looking to part ways with Roy Hibbert. Hibbert (averaging 9.0, 5.3) has been sluggish and frustrated by his own play. Candidates include Andrea Bargnani, Greg Monroe, and Marcin Gortat. |
