After listening to neon icon in very high quality for like 12 hours, I love it. It's just 2 songs that confused the fuck out of me...

What do you think of Time & VIP Pass To My Heart? I know Time was something Jody wanted to do but wow, wut?

I think Time is the most awkward stuff I witnessed in an album and I love it, the song kinda fits to the "uniqueness" of Riff...You just love to see the country side from Riff to go out like that in a song...

VIP pass to my heart is the same as Time in "uniqueness" but very strange, I kinda get it, but I then again I really do not, could you explain it? I still love it though for cruisin' and chillin'...

Hm, interesting thought on that song, it's the only song I seemed to skip it a lot on the album after first 4-5 listenings, just a gut feeling of genericness IMO...

I'm guessing VIP Pass To My Heart was his attempt at making an EDM song. There's only like 5 lines, and it's just simple cheesy love shit. Diplo is his boss, so I'm sure he had a hand in making that song.

Some of my friends are at EDC right now and they confirmed that Diplo brought out Riff for a set. That was one of the songs performed. It's def. just there to show off the electronic production imo

I still like the Posner song, but only cause of the production. Really lacked personality. Other than that I LOVE the intro song. That's a tough ass song... Best intro song since Dreams & Nightmares imo. Both songs make me wanna kick some ass
