I agree with Goldielox69. Reboot does no good it seems. Just stick with this OA. The reboot has just as good of chance of glitching out and fucking up our world as the current one does again. We haven't lost that much with the current OA.

So even though the OA is technically paused atm, it will move on its own per research? So I'm guessing we have no say-so when we start the draft/free agency? #Life

The OffSeason is split into 3 parts:
This is part 1, then follows Draft and FA signing - part 2 and Training Camp/Reward points - part 3. Each part is 24-48h long so you have to be ready whenever. #2Klogic.

I also found the reason we lost our Playoffs.
When your game with Knicks ended, that concluded the First Round and Second Round became available instantly. So there was no need to advance. But since you "advanced to next round" that skipped the rest of the playoffs and games weren't even simmed past 1st round. #2Klogic.

If there's a champion coming out of this unranked tourney, I don't think that one should count as an actual champion and just get an * to his name.

It should count as an official champion IMO. If that wouldn't count then half of our #15 shouldn't. This has always been a regular season lg/OA and one that fails in the playoffs.

I see the clock is counting down until the 2nd stage of offseason begins. 5 days, 10 hrs and like 40 minutes until draft/free agency. Wednesday night ET it appears.

Ray Allen opted out of his player option and will hit free agency smh

The clock is frozen but the time on it does decrease. It just doesn't countdown live. When you log on and spend a few minutes in there, the time will be different when you leave than when you arrived.

I'm still amazed that it skipped without giving us any champion. Even in my NBA.com area there's no record of a game 3 result with NYK. Never happened, etc. Truly amazing to me.

We can still advance to playoffs early in the future IMO. We just need to unfreeze the timer before any advances take place and apparently not adv in the playoffs manually when all the games are complete for the round.

Im down to claim a champion outside the OA but what about the roster changes we made? I gotta play with no Reggie Williams and no Mike Miller?

There's no manual and logic doesn't apply in 2K games. Something had to go wrong.

Frozen time changed before too (when we started OA), I truly hope that it will work.

I hope once the clock goes to zero we get to manually set a new draft time instead of it just skipping to the draft/FA instantly. A time more convenient to our members because right now that projected time would be awful.

I agree, Mike Miller fits what you're doing better than before but with your coaching expertise and the roster you have, I think you can still be competitive. :d12:

It will be funny if Dwight signs with someone else in free agency and the Lakers are left with Kobe and Gasol going into year 2. It would be a shocking turn of events. It might be a blessing IMO. The Lakers would be boring to use in their current state. There's too much talent. It takes away from the creative juices.

So I offered my FAs some contracts.. mainly speaking about d12. then skipped to the Free Agents Priority List and he's not in my roster anymore..

Does that mean D12 declined my offer? or he's still "thinking about it"?

I do have Bird Rights with him.. does that mean anything at this point?

Even if a team has bird rights to a player, can that team re-sign said player if that contract would put them over the hard cap? With Nash retiring that shouldn't be a factor for you anymore I wouldn't think?

There's no 3 billion local TV contract money to fall back on in 2k13. I hope D12 stays in LA and doesn't go to Houston or some garbage.
