Paul Pierce needs to retire, be traded, or bought out of the final year of his deal. He makes so many ridiculous mistakes during the course of a game. He just can't do it anymore. Not in the a league filled with great players at the wing.

Jordan Crawford can flat out ball. If Doc Rivers can get his head on straight that deadline trade could be a huge blessing. His defense isn't as bad as I thought it would be too.

Mike Conley is a high class version of Mo Williams. Undersized chuckers without a clutch gene. Mo is horrible on defense though, which is probably why he's not in Mike's class.

Avery Bradley is probably my biggest disappointment. The guy can barely dribble. Good defender but at his size he can't even guard guys like LeBron or Melo so who gives a shit.

Without Rondo they suck, you're asking too much out of a 36 yr old vet to call plays, direct traffic, play D on Melo and still make big plays on offense and get 5-7 rebs per game? Give the man a break...

They can win in Boston because they will get NYK calls like NYK gets them in MSG, but still they have to play the 2nd half pretty much like the 3/4 of game 1 and 2/4 of game 2...

I see Avery Bradley as a Tony Allen type guy. I just don't get why he's being asked to handle the ball as a "PG" in the first place. I KNEW they fucked up by not trading for or signing a natural PG once Rondo got hurt. They essentially don't run any offense now and end up taking horrible shots as a result.

The truth would be alright if he played on a dominate team and he was in a 6th or 7th man role. He can't handle the matchups he sees on a nightly basis anymore. His +/- was like -28 tonight FFS. This roster is broken beyond repair at this point.

Boston will likely win 1 game in Boston and then lose a close one in game 5.

I know you love PP Ante but he's not getting it done anymore. He barely guarded Melo tonight and you know it. Bass did a good portion of his guarding. I love PP too but it's time for the Celtics to move in a different direction.

Ben Gordon seemed to fall off the face of the Earth after he left Chicago. At least with the Bulls he had a reputation for being a chucker and a dominant 4th quarter scorer. Now he has no reputation. Wiz would be a nice fit.

The Warriors took care of the ball and some shots went in, Bogut set some great screens and Jack controlled the temp and we have a really fun series...

I think the C's can win both in the Garden, I just won't give up, I don't care how fucked up their 2nd half offense looks, their defense is still terrific...

But on the other side, they just shot bas in the second halves and that's that, only in game 1 they commited a lot of turnovers, and the foul problems on KG (which were laughable what the refs called, I think 3 were just non existant) were a factor in this game, so I think this series will go 2-2 and who wins game 5 wins the series...

I'm a little surprised Courtney Lee is out of the rotation for this series. Considering the state of the back court right now he could pretty much play any position 1-3. I'm not giving up on the series but those first two games were so discouraging. Nice first halves, things looking good and then everyone shits their pants suddenly.

If anything has become obvious during the last 2 games in particular, it's how great Rondo truly is. Truth be told, he's been carrying this franchise for the last 3+ years. If there was any doubt about his future with the Celtics that's gone. I'd consider trying to move Jet Terry in the offseason. He can still play but he doesn't seem like a great fit on this team and of all the contracts they have his is probably the easiest to trade. I'd love to dump Brandon Bass but I doubt there will be any takers. I hope PP is back next year. I overreacted last night, etc.

I tried to watch some of the Heat game last night but there was some loud chick sitting behind the announcer table and you could hear this bitch yelling constantly. Ruined the damn telecast.
