I simmed 2 full seasons after we froze and later gave up (to see if it works without pausing) and both times there were those options to choose a player and a part of the game to give him +3/+4 ratings. It obviously depends how many points you have, but it works same as offline.

That's how it works offline? You're not actually doing the drills?

I guess that's fine then. Overall doesn't matter anyways, but it doesn't make up for people with way too much potential.

Training camp absolutely works for online and offline association.

lol @ doing the drills. You just spend the points and the player automatically gets his attribute increase.

Anthony Davis seems like he'll be a good pro but not 90 overall or anything.

Buike wants the same contract as he wants every year. Most of the other free agents seem to want reasonable money at least. Stephen Jackson only wanted like 2.7 mil or so and he's the top guy.
