The Boston Celtics started training camp this morning. The team was in a great mood, there was a great atmosphere. The practice went great, Paul Pierce was shining he also put up shots late and he lost a few pounds. Bass improved his post game and KG and Rondo were KG and Rondo. Green and Terry were very sharp for the "Sub team". So as we move on, we have actual NBATV REAL TRAINING CAMP footage presented by 2KSPORTS. The footage will debut tonight, but for this entry we will give you a look of what to expect from our lineup and rotation. In the first half of the regular season we will try a lot of things and implement it throughout the season. After the all star break we will try to get as many wins to get a higher seed and then use 8-9 men for the playoffs, 10 if injuries come.
The Starting line up:
Rondo, Bradley, PP, Bass, KG
This is the most familiar lineup to the Celtics, used last year and this one will be used when the game starts.
The defensive machine:
Rondo, Bradley, Lee/PP, KG, Melo
This line up will be used to get stops in hard times and will run simple offense.
The "Don Nelson" line up:
Rondo, Terry, Lee, Green, Bass
This line up will be used to speed up the tempo, give us more opportunities to score. Run'n'gun CRAX!!! style .
The "Bench Mob" line up:
Terry, Lee, Green, Sullinger, Melo
This line up will be used to rest the starters, mostly at the end of 1st and 3rd quarters and beginings of the 2nd and 4th quarters.
The "Special One" line up:
Rondo, Bradley/Lee, Green, KG, Melo
This line up will be used to get a defensive stop if we're up 1-3 points and we need a stop at the last seconds of the game.
The "Closer" line up:
Rondo, Terry, PP, Green, KG
This line up will close games and deliver clutch shots and great execution.

For some reason I keep laughing watching the training camp video. The real commentary is a nice touch because during those training camp shows the announcers just talk about a bunch of random shit anyway so it flowed well.
Good idea. You should buy a cheap video capturing device like I have.
^Even something cheap like this would be tolerable.
I'd love to get a HD PVR but I don't think my laptop could handle it.

Yep, it was awkward to sit & hold the camera & isn't good quality...But commentators are laughable, I watched the whole real show, good grief Nick Young is a genius for them...With the form that RR shoots, I doubt it...

Form doesnt even matter in videogames once you know the release point, and then its all about the individual ratings and they can be raised easily over a couple of years.

Someone drops a first person losers (FPL) reference around here or on PSN once every few months. The legacy lives on for that creation. It was a good idea and a great name.
The price is definitely a factor for me. I don't know if I'd use it enough to justify the cost. I don't use my SD one that much as it is and it seems good enough for what I use it for. I just hate playing in SD while I record. Playing in HD feels like real life compared to SD gaming.
Ante is a big time PG sensation in Croatia. He should have a technology upgrade.

At least in OA thats limited to one or 2 players and they can go up only 3 or 4 pts (there are always stories how players worked with Mark Price over the Summer on their jumper), while in OffA there are those monthly drills and you can get 2 players go up by 15 to 20 pts within 1 year.

Yeah, he cam become mini LBJ, with his rebounding, trip dub machine...
But I think Rondo's shot is very improved IRL, when he came to the league and in the second season when they won it all, like that was really embarrasing what he would miss. Now he can knock down the mid range jumper with ease. JKidd also had a bad shot when he came to the league. And now he's hitting threes. At least he has a nice form.

It's only preseason. You have some tough decisions to make regarding your rotation, etc. Ante knows the core of the Celtics like the back of his hand. I look forward to my preseason beatdown from him too.

We can play tomorrow. Spread out the fun. Using the Nets is so pointless right now with this current roster anyway. Reggie Evans playing big minutes at the 4 and 5 ftl
2k13 is going to be great in a couple months. Still needs some patching. It plays OK right now. Nothing special imo
Surprised Miami v Boston was so high scoring. Me and Crax can't seem to score for shit except for a nice 2-3 minute run here and there.
