lol @ Houston letting Parsons go but looking to get Ariza. "Fuck you, no wait come back!" - Houston to Trevor |

| I'm confused as to why the Wiz are so hard to get Temple back. He serves no purpose except for brief stints of defense once every 3 weeks. Seems like that roster spot could be better used imo
Ariza is totally going to take the highest offer, which appears will be solid. Hayward deserves about 4 yrs and 40-42 million. Deng is a key guy this summer. I like him in a 2nd or 3rd tier role. I'm also interested to see where Paul Pierce ends up. |

| I lol'd at the Meeks deal too. The guy has two reasonable seasons in an offensive friendly system so hey, let's overpay him by a good 3 million per season for the hell of it.
Sounds like the Heatles will stay intact. Not sure what I feel about that. I love to hate those bastards so at least I can keep doing that. Also interesting that LeBron only wants a 1 or 2 yr deal. Must be worried that Wade could be completely done instead of 3/4 done. |

This is ridiculous. RIP Wizards chances of being a serious contender in the next few years. It looks like the Wiz are content being the 2008-2012 Atlanta Hawks. Very disappointed they overpaid for Gortat like that. He's a good player but damn man. No wonder Gordon Hayward might get close to a max deal. JFC, the NBA is so retarded sometimes. Smh @ Wall tweeting his support of this. Granted, it;s nice to see one of your boys get paid but come on. At least Nene comes off the books relatively soon. |

| Agreed but at the same time this is the going market rate. If Washington didn't pay 12 mil, someone else would, and then they would be forced into a worse situation by giving Monroe the max. Them they go from 2008 Hawks to 2012 Bucks. From perennial 3/4 seed to perennial 8th seed
My only problem with this is the years. 5 years creates more cap flexibility but at the same time jfc he's gonna be an overpaid scrub by like the 4th year tbh
Tbh wiz aren't far away from contention anyways. If Wall & Beal weren't crazy shitheads, they would've made ECF this year. Potentially even going to finals cause Miami blows. As long as Beal/Wall don't die, we'll be fine imho |

| Wall putting some serious pressure on Ariza to re sign
Seraphin has been signed
Gooden has been signed
Temple receiving interest; hopefully he takes min to Washington. I like him. Plus there's really no other better option at PG for a min contract. At least temple plays defense. Min contract PG's don't do anything
Booker receiving interest; he's probably gone. Washington wants him to take less than 3 mil a year. Maybe some shithead team offers more & he goes there
Beast possibly retiring, will be coaching summer league. RIP
Damn near same exact roster ftw |

Classic Morey move. Treat the players like robots/artificial intelligence. Real life = 2k etc. People can be quantified with formulas & have no variables with no free will or thinking or emotions.

| I'm not understanding the Cavs offering Hayward the max. So he can stand in the corner and watch Kyrie chuck?
I seriously hope Avery Bradley didn't get the money you suggested. He's barely a role player in the NBA and he's like 6 feet tall. JFC Danny Ainge.
I'm loving the idea of LeBron secretly not knowing what he wants to do yet. Fuck Miami. I'd rather have him join the Lakers than stay with those fgts. |

| Wizards banking on the fact Beal and Wall continued improvement can get them over the top eventually. No reason to make a big splash etc. I hope they keep Ariza then ffs. Keep the dynasty in tact. I'm shocked Lionel Hollins took the Nets job. He should have been able to get a better job than that. He was a beast in Memphis. I love how everyone is kissing Pau Gasol's ass this summer. Fuck him too.

I love how pau is gonna get this massive contract even though he's a bigger question mark than Embiid. Good job NBA gm's |
